Except he didn’t say that. He said he MAY not have enough votes. Almost his entire show last night was dedicated to the fraud that is obvious to anyone paying attention. He was actually standing up to his own Network last night.

He’s done. He leaves and preserves his dignity and reputation, or he stays and they put a ring in his nose.

Either way, it’s over for him at Faux.

I totally agree.

It's some form of "damage to the country!".

The old party Republicans think that the Trump rebels will reluctantly flock back to them.

We've seen behind the curtain.

Not to mention we control the legislatures in these states and even increased our majorities. Ultimately the legislatures control who gets sent to the electoral college.

Thank you for posting that! Tucker deserves our respect. I suspect the competing networks want this narrative to continue about Tucker, but it’s not true at all.

He was actually quite eloquent last night and had a lot of good guests.

This fraud is no longer just about Pres Trump and this one election. It’s about whether there will ever be another election w/o massive Dem fraud. (Even more than usual.)

I think you’d actually like very much what he actually said

It’s not true. He say that when it’s all over Trump MAY not have enough votes. That’s a huge difference.

Funny, I actually watched him last night and felt the same way but thought that the poster caught something that I didn’t. Too much trust of the Freepers, I suppose.

Am I missing a upvote/downvote function here?

Wrong. Tucker is, at best, confused and ill-informed as to what constitutes fraud and the larger category of election irregularities that can be the basis for overturning an election.

For example, a significant change in election procedures made by administrative officials, not legislators, violates the Constitution. Arguably, any resulting votes for President should be subtracted from the totals.

Moreover, fraud can be attributed to a side if irregular conduct like shutting out poll watchers is not affirmatively shown to be innocent and of no ill effect. Again, this can lead to votes being voided.

Finally, if I were arguing for the Trump side in federal court, I would urge that the unusual nature of the electoral college permits an unusual remedy: a court ruling to the effect that the election was so infused with fraud and irregularity that the state legislature should simply pick the electors in order to meet the tight deadlines set in the Constitution. The court case would then continue in order to investigate and provide remedies against future misconduct by state amd local election officials and partisans.

Tucker is tip toeing through the tulips now. He definitely doesn’t have the edge he did when he was destroying the GOP Senate during the BLM riots. I’m done watching him.

I saw it. I agreed with it. I realized his words will have exactly zero impact on the editorial content of his station, and when his ratings continue to be damaged by the miscarriage of programming philosophy and journalistic ethics, they will fire him.

As such, not watching is the way to go. WHEN he is fired, he’ll be free to go somewhere else, no non-compete issues.

I’ll consume his content on other platforms, but I will not buy anything Fox sells, nor will I ever tune to it.

I choose to starve it. Tucker seems to be a good man, and an ethical man (whither Ingraham?).

Let’s see what he does in the next few weeks.

Thats the danger right now..the USSC could skirt their constitutional duty. “Uncertainty” is an ephemeral and subjective individual standard - your post illustrates that. It is just as likely the majority could say “it does”, as “does not”

Hannity was full-throttle fraud last night, so he is not being threatened. So happy not all of them are caving.
