Your math is as bad as his. 0.1 percent of the 3.2+ million votes cast is 3200 votes. For an automatic recount the difference has to be about 3200 votes. Call it 3300 with rounding and adding in the uncounted ballots.
I kind of agree with you about nwrep, though. He’s definitely among the surrender monkeys.
Fox untrustworthy fake news
Trump’s legal team already has a suit filed in Arizona right?
Yes
ANYWHERE found to be using voting machines from Dominion Voting needs to be AUDITED. AT LEAST a manual recount with a full observer crew.
Chances are many votes for DPJT were flipped to Biden, that is what the software does.
Good! Thanks!
It’s hard to keep up with all the fraud in so many places.
Aside from the Dominion software, are there other major fraud issues happening in AZ?
Like the sharpie ruined ballots
So that was going on in AZ, too? That’s a bad one.
Is there even enough paper in DC to compile a good list and narrative detailing all the election fraud to present to SCOTUS?
Two hundred votes in the case of a Presidential election.
I wouldnt put it past them to create some fake votes for Trump, too - to muddy the waters in the event of an investigation.
Yes, it is. It’s Arizona statute, it makes no mention of precincts or counties.
“Two hundred votes in the case of an office to be filled by state electors and for which the total number of votes cast is more than twenty-five thousand.”
“Two hundred votes in the case of an office to be filled by state electors and for which the total number of votes cast is more than twenty-five thousand.”
Two hundred votes or less.
Trump had 48.08% of the vote in Arizona in 2016.
It is bizarre...he is losing (possibly) some states he won last time while simultaneously not only getting more raw votes, but also getting a greater percentage of votes cast.
No, thats for something else (not sure what).
Its 0.1% per the below, which makes infinitely more sense. The 200 vote thing is ludicrous. Doesnt pass the smell test at all. Even the 0.1% threshold is incredibly stringent, but not flat-out insane like the 200 vote rumor.
“Two hundred votes in the case of an office to be filled BY STATE ELECTORS and for which the total number of votes cast is more than twenty-five thousand.”
That’s the Presidential and Vice Presidential elections. The electors go to DC to represent the state in the Electoral College.
Correction, the electors all meet in their respective state capitols.
What about the first bullet point in the statute? Youre considering only the second point. Someone has posted the full statute previously.
Do you agree 200 votes 1) makes precisely ZERO sense in a race of this magnitude and 2) is highly anomalous given the 0.5% - 1% thresholds present in the other contested states? Just think about it...
