Your math is as bad as his. 0.1 percent of the 3.2+ million votes cast is 3200 votes. For an automatic recount the difference has to be about 3200 votes. Call it 3300 with rounding and adding in the uncounted ballots.

It’s 0.1% per the below, which makes infinitely more sense. The 200 vote thing is ludicrous. Doesn’t pass the smell test at all. Even the 0.1% threshold is incredibly stringent, but not flat-out insane like the 200 vote rumor.

That’s the Presidential and Vice Presidential elections. The electors go to DC to represent the state in the Electoral College.

What about the first bullet point in the statute? You’re considering only the second point. Someone has posted the full statute previously.
Do you agree 200 votes 1) makes precisely ZERO sense in a race of this magnitude and 2) is highly anomalous given the 0.5% - 1% thresholds present in the other contested states? Just think about it...
