All my life I have never heard any state stop counting the votes. They went until all votes were completely counted. Guess the snowflakes can’t do the job!!! :)

That's actually fairly amazing, because the opponents did a pretty crap job of explaining what the lining out of almost all the taxpayer protections in the IL Constitution actually meant. (The bottom line is that it set up "divide and conquer", where every year some subset of taxpayers too small in number or influence to mount successful opposition to hikes to only them, gets whacked, while everyone else gets placated with "the other guy will pay".) OTOH, the proponents were so blatantly dishonest that apparently enough voters saw that, remembered their IL history, and voted NO.

Just what Trump said, they are leaning on no results where they are trying to promote the idea that they MIGHT win and so long as they can draw this out the more tension they create. NC are leaning on those remaining uncounted mail-in votes that they can count until they get the answer they want.
In PA the republicans created their own mess by prohibiting the mail-ins from being counted ahead of the physical vote. That was stupid.
Absentee ballots are a much different thing than mail-in. I have used them myself when working overseas. Mail-in is inexcusable and for people to damn lazy to get off their ass and to vote. Therefore they should not vote.

I admit to not liking a President coming out to challenge an election before it’s over. He did not claim to have proof of fraud. If you all are ok with it (with him not showing any proof), you are hypocritical because all of you hate when your side is accused without proof.

This is also my take. The PBS News lackies were visibly shaken at Trump's remarks. Trump was as angry as I have ever seen a president; it was seething white heat to be sure. A grenade has landed in the 2020 election proceedings.
Seemingly its the counters in Democratic jurisdictions who have stopped the counting. Tbats pretty unusual.
