Saw it happening awhile ago. Indians hired due to early wokeness, then they overwhelmed the industry. Now, if you’re not indian, good luck getting a support job.
All three hire students and young kids......cheap labor.
When I get any foreigner on the phone who doesn’t speak clear English I ask to speak to another person. Will not spend my time trying to figure out what they’re trying to say.
It’ annoys them when I say I want to speak with someone who speaks English because they thing they do! One gal hung up on me...LOLLOL
And Bezos pays about the least of all for his slaves in the warehouses. And he can’t even run a decent space program with all his nearly $T. These ‘industry leaders’, and I’ll say besides Musk, are all worthless suckling bastards.
Done that too. The worst of all is when I had a credit fraud claim and it was ‘Jane’ from obvious india. I wouldn’t understand a word, asked to speak to an English speaker. Took over 30 min just to get back to an American.
I know how these companies work, sneak in the indians, then leave the smaller pool of supervisors in America. Eventually, the indians take over. And why would the high paid upper management care? They’re protected.
Kids generally live with their parents....so they have no expenses......the tech companies know they can put these kids in nothing apartments etc. and they’ll feel lucky for working with these companies. most end up sleeping in their cars.
The big tech companies are kinda taking over for the ‘teen market’ of jobs. But it’s very concentrated in location. Overall these teens should get by ok like they used to do in fast food. But it’s a rotating job between being a NEET.
They all look kind of soulless in their eyes.
