That’s rich coming from Democrats who changed the 60 vote requirement, who want to abolish the Electoral College, who pushed to have senators elected by popular vote, who used vote shenanigans to pass Obamacare, who destroyed impeachment protocol based solely on party vote, and who have been pushing mob violence this summer and threatening more next month. “Might” has been a handy tool for Democrats for a long time.
Neglected to include amnesty for illegals as one of their “mighty” tools.
I think Arlen Specter a Repub. Senator from Penn. voted for it, and that was the end of “Snarlin Arlen” in politics.

Assuming Barrett is confirmed on Monday, and assuming Kavanaugh and Gorsuch actually vote conservative, and assuming Clarence Thomas doesn’t decide to retire, the SC will finally have a conservative majority. Roberts is clearly determined to vote with the liberals on every major case and a number of minor cases.
