Is anyone besides me, concerned about Joe’s irritability? He called the President of the US a clown and racist, said he would not shut up. He grabbed a female hard by the arm when she asked Joe how many genders there were. He called a cute young woman a lying dog face pony soldier. He called a questioner fat. He challenged a questioner to a push up contest.
Now, what if he is in negotiations with Xi, and calls Xi fat, or calls him Winnie the Pooh? What if Joe challenges Putin to a pushup contest?
Then why is Biden doing so well in the polls?

Hear, hear! I live in a blue state and I've seen Trump signs but no Biden signs. Biden will still carry my state, but he simply does not generate the same level of enthusiasm as Trump. Only the lying pollsters and the resident pessimists of FR believe Biden will win in November.

The next in line after the Vice President, if the 25th amendment is not used to fill the vacancy, is the Speaker of the House. Who that will be in 2021 remains to be seen. It used to be that the Secretary of State was next after the Vice President and that makes better sense. In 1868 it was the President pro tem of the Senate who would have taken over if Andrew Johnson had been convicted--and that person was one of those voting for Johnson's conviction.
