Is he picking up the tab or will the working fools be doing that?
Mark... you’re a smart guy. When does a stimulus-check stop ‘stimulating’ the economy? That’s right! When people adjust their regular spending to the new ‘reality’ and inflation takes that new found spending power away from them.
Sheesh! And I had such high hopes for you! /sarc
You go first.
Pelosy did say that handouts are good for the economy.
Mark Cuban calls for households to receive two $1,000 stimulus checks per month.
One wonders how a guy so stupid got so rich? Maybe hoping Dims will switch from Plugs?
Increases in the money supply and increases in velocity would help if
- money was gold or 100% gold backed
- the increase in the money supply would come from previously stored uncirculated gold, and did not involve increased taxes or increased borrowing
I like it, Mark you write the first couple billion, until your net worth equals mine, then I will start writing checks.
It’s too bad the Democrats always promise to tax billionaires like Cuban at 90% but never do since those billionaires are their biggest donors.
A lot of people spent their stimulus check paying off their credit card debts.
“A new AR-15 or a Gibson Les Paul.”
I’d be torn...I like both, but lean toward a new axe. If you go with an LP Studio you can stay below 2K.
IS HE using HIS money???
Fine, I’ll give him my address. He can send money from HIS wealth.
What a cheapskate. Why not 8 checks per month - just 2 per week?
I’m all for Mark Cuban pulling out his checkbook and sending my household $2,000 a month. He should put up or shut up.
rather cheap from a billionaire.
why not 10 grand a month?
if two grand can help a little
ten grand can help a lot more
why so stingy Mark?
Wait! You mean he isn’t offering to write those checks himself? /s
That must-spend-by plan is more pernicious than anything. If they are so in need of cash, who is Mark or anyone else to tell someone when they must spend it by? I can only imagine that rewarding bad and eadteful spending. It is as if they are trying to set up our poor to live even more hand to mouth and therefore to be even more dependent on the next check from the government.
LOL...you do have a dilemma.
*wasteful*
