When we get hired by an employer we are expected to produce what the employer wants and support their vision or else we’re of no use to them. Pursuing our own interests and agenda on company time is immoral, unethical and inexcusable and therefore cause for dismissal.
The same holds true for the representatives we elect. Doing the things they were sent there to do is not difficult. They make things complicated so they can obfuscate their way out of doing what we want. Their only real allegiance is to themselves.
Conservatives need to adopt a zero tolerance policy for those who fail to represent us. We’re haven’t been very good at doing that unfortunately.
I’ve just completed e-mailing Murkowski with specific questions about her offical poisiton regarding Scotus. So we’ll see what she answers and responds to or not.
I suspect her response will be a canned prepared e-mail.....which is why I was specific with the questions asked....a canned response would not cover.
We need term limits otherwise their behavior will continue to be like the Roman Senators back in Ceasars Day!
I don't know why the Republicans can't seem to use their whip and keep our people in line. Nobody seems to want to risk their own position and perks to step out and get their own skin in the game! At least not openly sufficient enough for the voters to see and hear.
It would be interesting knowing what Alaskans think about Murkowskis position and behavior.

What is the point of having a political party if they’re not going to do what’s good for the party? The GOP seems to view themselves as a loose social club rather than a united effort to achieve a mutually beneficial greater good.
The inability (or unwillingness) to whip these people together speaks volumes about the GOP.
I’ve always said the GOP is a party without a soul. I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if Trump didn’t start a party that actually stands for something. I would support it 100%.
