Trump can forbid administration officials from participating in House hearings or tie them up in more important scheduled events.

They can pass another impeachment article and that pretty much ties up the senate until they go thru the process. No matter how quickly it’s disposed of, she can keep repeating the process to run out the clock.

I would not be surprised to see the New York AG announce an indictment this week on Trump related to the bank records/property values track they have been investigating. That would be the basis for a quick impeachment article.
