Yeah the non threatening Joe act may be why he is doing better with Seniors then expected. That and the SS lies the DNC is pushing.
If it’s at 1am - it’s a riot. If it involves burning, dumpster fires, mattress fires, breaking glass, throwing fireworks, ballbearings or ballons filled with whatnot, breaking security cameras or lampposts, blocking traffic, assaulting motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists, tresspassing on private residential property or grafitti and disturbing the peace, it’s a riot.
The Supreme Court has upheld that protests can be limited to time and place. There is no unbridled right to disrupt.
