There are 18 million health care workers in the United states, and 330 million people total.

The death rate in the United states overall is 166,000, and for health workers, it is about 1077.

So, the change of death for the “average” person in the United States is 0.05%.

The chance of death for a “health care worker” is 0.006%

A health care worker has about 1/10th the chance of dying from COVID as the average american.
