The Tariff Act was passed to prevent further economic attacks from mercantilist nations. The same thing China is doing to us now with the help of bribes politicians and media.
All for illegals and China.
Whatever: has nothing to do with my, or the OP’s, point.
I get where you’re coming from- but step up your game. Engage.
Ok, where do you think the CoC stands on the tariff? LOL....
You, seriously, don’t see the difference between US companies using foreign workers versus foreign companies?
That’s the crux.
Our Founders protected us from foreigners. Not from ourselves.
Without the US worldly dominance of the last hundred or so years, I think we’d be in good shape with what our Founders gave us.
Foreign media and financial influence now is overwhelming our Constitution.
Send in the H-1bs! Zuckerberg isn't making enough money.
Fascism is alive and well.
What is the difference you speak of and why is that important. We need to US workers to make things in the USA for ourselves. The CoC is a major impediment to that.
I guess the Chamber is thumbing their noses at God, too by supporting the democrat platform.
Every patriot is a nationalist and every nationalist is a protectionist.
Billionaires crying for more H-1B visas to undercut Americans. Priceless.
people that will loot and burn your busines
Not to quibble, your point is valid. BUT. The CoC is not really main street., never was as far as I can tell. Mom and Pops suffer the brunt of BLM looting. The Walmarts, and Targets get hit too, but theyll never be permanently shuddered because of looting.
The US Chamber of Commerce join forces with their Comrades in Corporate America.
Not seeing the difference between US companies that use foreign workers, and foreign companies, is admitting total disregard of the Constitutional issues involved.
So have fun with yourself then.
Me, I’m interested in the Founders’ view. Though this is something they never ‘viewed’- because it was unimaginable at the time.
Um what Constitutional issue would that be? The right to levy duties on imports? ( which is in the US Constitution BTW.)
Chamber of Cheap Labor, most of their R jersey employees quit or were thrown out of office, so they are recruiting new stooges.
The Chamber of Commerce has become like a once desirable plum or nectarine that is now degenerating and full of fungus.
CofC is stabbing itself (and the country, but they obviously have never cared about USA) in the back
stupid as a used cowpie
Would love just 10% of the bribe money involved...
Tried, but now I’ve no idea that you have any purpose other than to “win!”.
No matter how stupid you have to be...
100 years of the US ruling the world is nothing to you- is what it comes down to.
So, Goodnight.
