What next? Another trial for Flynn? Sentencing to life +50 or firing squad? At this point, Flynn should stop acquiescing and walk away from this farce.
Won’t surprise me if Sullivan has a new trial extending into 2021. 2022. 2023. 2024. ..........

Everybody who thinks knew that this democratic judge Emmett Sullivan would stretch this out until the November election. Sullivan wants the Flynn case to have the largest negative effect on Donald Trump. After all, he’s a democrat!
So what?
Trump should hold a presser, go through what Flynn has gone through, and pardon him.
Trump should also order monetary recompensation for GEN Flynn.
It’s the right thing to do.
It is possible there have been a few cases where the defendant pleaded guilty, and then the prosecution dropped the charges.
However, no such cases like that were cited that I have seen.
More important, this appears to be the first case ever where a presiding judge - Sullivan - has refused to automatically accept the Petition for Dismissal.
Trump has appointed 3 judges to the D.C. Circuit Court...
Rao - voted for Flynn.
Katsas - I assume voted against Flynn.
Walker - has been confirmed, but apparently has not been seated.
Trump's appointee - Katsas - did not participate in this appeal. I assume some kind of conflict?
Katsas was confirmed 50-48, so it looks like the Political Left truly hates him.
