George Floyd who was a man high as hell on fentanyl& whatever else, who resisted. Who put himself on the floor, kicked himself through, where we waited, we didn't get body-cam footage to show what was really going on.

Who was safe in the back seat of a patrol car but demanded to be removed because he "can't breathe".
