They'll never do that. You need to break down their blue code of silence, and their us vs them mentality. Both are a fool's errand.
I watched several videos several timesb the skateboard guy had just hit him in the head and was shot in the chestb you can see him grab his chest. The arm shot gun was moving to put his pistol to his head when he was shot in the arm.
