C-SPAN controls the cameras at the White House. C span is not our friend. tonight’s convention should have ended with the president and Melania walking down the colonnade. Instead they put the cameras on the people milling around talking to each other without masks. Now and all day tomorrow they can spend the day talking about masks and social distancing instead of what was said at the convention. I won’t be watching.
Melania was stunning. Last convention she wore the white dress with the puffy sleeves (that sold out in 30 seconds afterward) and this time she went for the dignified power suit...the gold buttons, belt and Louboutins were perfection.
I’ll give that an amen!
This was exceptional, it truly was.
It’s the best I’ve felt about things in a while.
It felt like there is still normalcy in the world, lately it only seems hysterics and destruction that’s fed by tons of hate...tons.
He is DEFINITELY someone to watch. Even the Fox panel agreed about that.

I was imagining other colors against that background and fear that white would have made her “pop” too much...red would have blended with the flags, pink or yellow might have been nice but maybe too close to the red/white stripes. I never would have thought of that color but it made her hair look gorgeous, her face youthful and worked perfectly against the background.

He has the most friendly face I’ve ever set eyes on. He’s quite charming and his eyes smile right along with his mouth. Loved the story he told of his mom.
We FReepers have each other to share comments on all events Trump. We don’t need any TV pundits to destroy the good feelings we have at the end of such a night as this convention. Just turn off the TV when it’s over.

Whoever put this series of day after day presentations we are seeing in the GOP, Trump POTUS Convention, is truly a genius!!!
Starts off slow on the first day, gets 40,000,000 viewers on TV, Computers, Amazon, You Tube, etc. God only knows what the viewer numbers will be for tonight, then Wednesday, then Thursday!!! Magnificent performance tonight by everyone. Watched the entire Gig on C-Span and listened to a few C-Span phone calls. Trump winning tons of Democrats.
Look...it is over for Biden/Harris...period!!! Trump will not let up....he wants to destroy the entire Democrat Party, politically!!! I would not be surprised at all.....if AG, Bill Barr announces indictments next week!!! stay tuned, folks!!!
