This is an implicit admission that the USPS cannot handle bulk mail voting as it currently stands.

The USPS handles 400 million pieces of mail a day. The ballots would be about 100 million maybe 125. The Dems want to give them $200 for each ballot they are going to deliver.

USPS hs lost over 78 BILLION in the past few years. This isn’t even a bandaid for that amount of money.
