I was always so annoyed that Cuomo refused to live in the Governor’s Mansion.LOL, I'm annoyed he is, and not a Republican :)

Lived there long enough to know where the shootings occur. The same with any neighborhood. Lived in Brooklyn too. If there are drugs there, there will be shooting. Its a criminal thing not a black thing.
