Illinois has a Democrat governor, a Democrat lieutenant governor, a Democrat Attorney General, a Democrat Secretary of State, a large majority of Democrats in the state House, and a large majority of Democrats in the state Senate; the President of the Cook County board is a Democrat, as is the Sheriff and the State’s Atorney; and the Mayor of Chicago is a Democrat, as is just about every member of the City Council.
And the fact that Chicago is spiraling down the toilet in an orgy of mayhem is fault of the Republicans.
