I believe now the Democrat leadership knows is over. Still causing as much damage to the cities that is possible. I believe on purpose to cause people to flee and leave President Trump a mess to clean up in the cities. They can afford to lose some citizens. By doing so they improved their voting numbers in the location that the people who move to. In my business in Cincinnati I have taken on three clients who called out of the blue from Portland. I believe that is noteworthy.

But cities' coronavirus measures go beyond that. Many places, including Washington, D.C., Chicago, New York City and others now have rules requiring people coming from coronavirus hotspots to self-quarantine for 14 days after their arrival. In Chicago, this is communicated by ubiquitous variable-message road signs above the highway warning travelers that if they are arriving from a place with elevated coronavirus case counts, they are not welcome until they isolate for 14 days.
How hard is it to simply say you're coming from a non-"hotspot" location? TX plates doesn't mean you came from there, maybe you have family in TN or old friends in VA Beach that you just stayed with for a week or two. What if your flight from some other "hotspot" was just a connector, and you didn't even get off the plane? Does that count? Likewise, can you bypass the restriction if you do a connector leg so your flight into NY is from Nowhere, Idaho? Does that State even have any cases?
Or, maybe you already "quarantined" with a friend in town, so when the cops stop you, you've already been there the "required" two weeks of wait time? How are they gonna verify that? Chicago's notification method is road signs, so apparently there's no check-in desk for anyone coming in to town to get your punch card for your quarantine count?
