However the antibody testing in NYC was random and needs to be. It was not selective. It is about as accurate as we can get to determine how many people had it earlier this year.

Sorry. Ain't believing that. Statistics are gathered on a county-by-county basis. That meme requires the corruption of a HUGE number of people, and I don't believe a big enough percentage of public officials are that dishonest. Yeah, in places like New York, New Jersey, and a few others...but nationwide....no.
