I agree most of the time she does push back harder. She’s been more subdued the past few days. It’s an ongoing issue, Esper could come out and make it worse so best to leave it there.
For what it’s worth, Esper DID reverse course later in the day after talking to Trump.
Esper also basically said he was sorry to the press for taking part in Trumps “photo op” at the church. What a weak weasel
