I don’t listen to Rush anymore. Haven’t since the election. Today, I turned him on and within minutes he uttered the nonsense about “first degree murder”. Off he went, back to music.
There was no provable “intent”. The officer responded to a call for assistance no “planning” involved.
First degree murder? IMPOSSIBLE!
It wasn’t murder at all. Rush is WRONG on this and a lot of other things as well. So I no longer care what he says.
