Who pays this bill, Judge Sullivan or the tax payers?

Judge Sullivan is reaching into all of our pockets to pay for this blatantly political left-wing legal maneuver. The American taxpayer will be forced to pony up big bucks for this half-assed attempt to forestall General Flynn's imminent release.

This whole mess is nothing but Sullivan dragging in Beth Wilkinson, another leftist shyster, to illegally extend the time before Flynn's release from this baseless case.

Wilkinson goes back to Hillary and her minions' problems with testifying about those felonious deleted emails. Beth Wilkinson knows where many a Democrat body is buried.

Clinton aides unite on FBI legal strategy

The Dem insiders and the DNC are desperate to keep General Flynn shut down until after election time. Judge Sullivan, Beth Wilkinson and select slimy amicus trolls will do everything they possibly can to keep an air-tight lid on the long-suffering General

Sullivan is now a one-man circus as judge, prosecutor, AND defendant in the same case.

This is hilarious, and I have to wonder...

...how many times does this happen, where a dummy judge issues a dummy order, gets called out by a higher court, and hires a lawyer to fight it???

So a Federal Judge with a wealth of law clerks needs to hire a “heavy” hitter to bail his ass out. Seems unprecedented? Senility setting in?

I thought he had asked Holder’s firm to help him out of the mess he created. What happened to that? The same firm that was representing Flynn to begin with which didn’t make any sense anyway!

At one time, Flynn was prepared to be punished, but he agreed to further cooperate with the special counsel’s Russia investigation in an effort to secure a non-jail sentence. During Flynn’s first scheduled sentencing, Sullivan raised the prospect that Flynn might go to prison for lying to federal agents.
