It appears to me that if there is no penalty for not wearing one, and they are going to refuse service of a company they don’t own, that violates equal protection under the law. If the Ford plant does not want Trump inside, that is their right. But the state government, without a mandate that specifies they can do it outside of state property are violating the law by coercion which is a common word for being forced against one’s will. to compel or restrain by force or authority without regard to individual wishes or desires; to compel by force or intimidation.
Go for it Michigan. I’d love to see you in your best dressed in front of the AG and possibly the supreme court if it makes it that high a level from your embarrassment.
