The RFID/NFC tag is not “in the solution” as you allege; it’s ON the syringe. It would no more be capable of being injected into the patient than the magazine of a 45 caliber pistol would be able to be shot into something when the trigger is pulled.
The only “Bad” thing I anticipate happening is some people will sit around and tap a supply of prefilled syringes against their phone to get credit for immunizations at a certain time and place. Then either throw them away or use them to immunize other (perhaps not approved) people elsewhere without recording that information via “phone taps”.

Re VACCINES and reported death rates from flu. Transcript is autogenerated and contains errors that made me check the audio of the video to understand the text, so I made a partial pass through the text trying to improve readability (errors remain).
Text posted beneath the video asserts it is banned in many countries. I don't know if that's true but I'll link the transcript below in case the video is removed.
The speaker has a rough voice that doesn't transcribe well, but he is getting the word out about vaccines, (e.g., not safety tested partly due to CDC originally being military, still have military rank, avoided calling it a "medicine" and called it a "biologic" and biologics are exempt from safety testing etc.) Also, vaccine manufacturers are often exempt from legal repercussions.
Ironically, the FR post number where I placed the transcript of the video happens to bear part of Bill Gates' patent number on his human tracking technology [2020 060606]. The transcript appears at the bottom of the post.

The part of the video that most intrigued me was Kennedy's comments about the death rates from flu. In my opinion, they make sense and that means the CDC and other agencies says 95K died of the flu 2 years ago but in fact, almost all of that number were pneumonia which the CDC counts as flu (combines the two numbers). They use the pneumonia numbers to over count the flu, and use that number push the flu vaccine, when in fact annual deaths from flu are tiny.

I think you have SMALLPOX confused with POLIO.
Smallpox does not cause paralysis, sometimes blindness in people who recovered, most Smallpox victims just DIE.
Polio could and often did cause paralysis (my sister on her left side, arm and leg), most people got over it without permanent paralysis, it is still a problem in India.
As are both of mine ; once in grade school back in the early 50’s, then again before my deployment to Khe Sanh in Feb 1968.
The measles vaccine was not available until 1963; chicken pox in 1972 and was not included on the recommended vaccination schedule until 1996. If you are in your 70’s it’s not likely you got a vaccine for either unless you got them as a teenager or an adult. I was 7 years old when the measles vaccine was introduced but I already had it and had immunity. Likewise chicken pox. More likely you actually had the disease and acquired lifelong immunity.
Why anyone would get a vaccine before having antibody titers tested to determine natural immunity is beyond my comprehension. What other pharmaceutical does the medical profession recommend whether you need it or not? In a same world that would be considered malpractice or at the very least insurance fraud.
