If that article is true (and there are no supporting links), then I might have to pay a visit to Budapest and have a little talk with Mr. Orbán.

P.S. Hungary has been simply awesome in keeping oppressive EU influence out of the country. And they have been more than awesome in keeping Muslim influence out of the country. I sure hope they don’t falter when it comes to Red China.

I don’t think this matters to either Hungary or Taiwan. My guess is the Hungarians just accepted some Chinese money to make an announcement nobody but China would care about.

I had no idea that Hungary was so solidly in line with China, until I saw this post and started looking for information. Frankly, I’m quite disappointed in Hungary now, as I had been very impressed with their policies regarding immigration.

At this point, I hope that the US re-examines all communications, military sales, and trade relations with ANY nation participating in China’s attempted purchase of the world using our money.

This goes for Italy, Belgium, England, Holland, and now Hungary. Spain is a major partner with China - especially regarding forced organ harvesting of Falun Gong members, as well as Belt and Road. We have sold F35s to Belt and Road participants, and those sales should be stopped.

Good luck changing anyone’s mind in Hungary - they were the First Nation to recognize China and the CCP back in 1949. They consider their relationship to be “special”.
