My god,Virginia,WTF did you do!?
Hmmm...well...come election day you will have states (blue) with incredibly higher numbers than other states (red). The case can then be made that the governors of those states with the highest numbers of cases, just did not do a good job of keeping their citizens safe. Time to vote them out and let the challenger take over.
