I said pretty much the same thing in another thread this morning: "This is the biggest cluster phuque by our government we've ever seen."

We have shot ourselves in the foot trying to treat a hangnail on our little toe.

We have spent a dollar, to save a nickel and lost 95 cents in the process.

This was an unforced error on our part.

This pandemic will not be remembered for how many people it killed. It will be remembered for how badly the economy collapsed trying to prevent that very last person from dying, who was probably going to die anyway.

The mistake was thinking the virus would go away if we were quarantined in our homes. The virus is not going anywhere. It eventually dies, we get immune to it and/or another bug comes along. Then the cycle starts all over again. It happens every few years and will continue to happen in our risky world.

Destroying our whole way of life over this is absolutely insane.

This will take a decade or longer to recover from. For once, I believe the UN when they say that the negative effects of the economic impact will eventually kill more people than the actual virus will. Starvation, broken supply chains, lack of jobs, suicides, bankruptcies, loss of self worth, ruined livelihoods, etc. all because of an effort by the globalists to destroy Trump.

yes, but my lysol can (which I discovered in my garage) from 1996 says it kills corona virus. It has been around for a while. I wouldn’t be surprised, they also have a Lyme vaccine for dogs, but not humans.

There are a LOT of coronaviruses, MOST of them don’t infect humans.
