"...a vehicle careened, front bumper first..." Uh, yeah. Journalists?! Anyway. Guess folks in NJ being, apparently, a higher risk for contracting the CV-19 feel the need to wear masks all the time? I've seen folks where we are wearing them while driving as well. Even folks out walking with no one around. I suppose if you feel it's viable just floating around, have at it.

I have seen dozens of people wearing their masks in their car with the windows closed. A little overkill? If your are that stressed and hysterical about this you shouldn’t even be out. These people, im sure are glued to their TV’s and believing everything these hysteria whores are feeding them. They are probably your neighbors who are making calls to the authorities on your actions

Only in comment 2. :-) Then again, I didn’t see it in the piece, but, journalists.

What a lousy article from, stupid reporters and equally ignorant editors (if there are any, anymore). SO did the dude/dudette pass out and hit a power pole or a wood pile? Is the dude/dudette dead or alive? Pfft! who cares, huh?

It’s like this thing has suddenly become the Andromeda Strain. I’m ready to go lick Waffle House faucets, then do an actual self quarantine, just to try and get this thing over with.

This is TOTAL BS! “Alone” in a car? (Why wear a mask?), the jerk hits a tree (probably because of cell phone use), then grabs the mask and said: “the mask did it!” But you know what’s more stupid? The media believing it.

The intrepid runners in Austin should beware of wearing masks while running, now that its hit 95 degrees a couple of times last week. The Yankee mayor didnt think about that.

We’ve seen it where we are. A head shaker for sure. Maybe at night when the sun ain’t busy killing viruses in the air. LOL! Me, it is not comfy at all and I gotta give credit to folks that need to wear them all day long at work.

I was just at our marina in Ventura where it seems the national pastime is walking. Everywhere I went I saw people walking with masks on. Just 2 people, looked like husbands and wives, walking with masks on. I was the only one not wearing a mask.

Working on my boat I have turned my N95 brown with fine mahogany sawdust. I can wash it out but it’s harder to breath through. I will try some Sport Wash today, which is made to rejuvenate synthetics and leave no residue.

So YOU are the one!? Typhoid sheana. LOL!

I was thinking the same thing....why would you wear a mask in your own car...unless of course you just or are presently transporting a Corid victim!!!

N95s aren’t easy to breath in/out, especially if you wear glasses.

That would be more accurate than many of the deaths attributed to the Corona virus.

This is sick and so stupid. I wear a mask when entering a building or a retail store. It is dumb to wear one when out for a walk or in your automobile. Chalk this corono-virus death up to Idiocracy. Where the plants and vegetables get watered with Brawndo. Here the sheeple's minds get watered with Brawndo by the media.
