One thing to keep in mind is that even though these governors talk about coordinating the reopening, they are also economic competitors. None of them want to be “left behind” in the competition for business. Also, just as they played “follow the leader” in closing, there will be pressure to do the same in reopening.
I’ll take May 1, I think I can hold out until then. I have not seen my girlfriend for four weeks now. She runs a day care in her home, and is still watching three kids. She can’t afford to take any risks, so we agreed to “self-quarantine” our relationship. I’d really like for that to end.
