Thx for some reason, age, I had it backwards.
IIRC, Lowes had 10 packs of 3M N95’s for just over $20 back in late January. “Had” being the key word, however: There was a price tag on the shelf, but no 10 packs of masks. That might have been the “valve” version. At that time they still had a few singles. Heck, Lowes still shows them at $5 for a 2-pack online - unavailable, of course.
Someone would have to explain this convoluted scheme to me.
Journalists, reporters, anchors who deliver news that makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE and just go on with the story as though everyone knows what the heck is meant.
Sorry to say, I often don’t grasp the story by the anchors at OAN. I love the channel, however, whoever is writing the news does NOT give clear facts and they go on to the next item while I’m still trying to read the Closed Captioning...which in itself is a disaster.
But, that’s just me. I like words fully pronounced, not slurred with the next four words, and at least have a verb in the sentence.

Too late for this solution. The unions will actually prohibit firing or elimination of jobs in Fed. It would take an act of Congress and fat chance getting it to address an over bloated bureaucracy that only puts $$$$$$$$ in their pockets.

Sound like the FBI verified it was a hoax as they were getting ready to swipe the masks from their intended recipients.
