do you want folks with active AIDS to be donating/taking blood for/from you?
I searched for clinical trials on aids blood donors and came up empty.
I'm sure it's there somewhere.
I'm thinking this should first be tried on the aids afflicted who need blood to see if: they will even accept the blood and how the results might turn out.

Hope that’s not the case, but at some point, we’re going to be facing these challenges; eventually the stay at home orders will be lifted, people will gather, the virus might possibly spread again.
We’re going to have to figure out how to manage these things.

Please hold your service. You are "free" to do so.
