No, it isn’t a recession yet. There has to be two consecutive quarters of negative growth before a recession is called. we have only had two months of negative growth, and we will be growing again long before two quarters is up.
Yes,what you say has been posted already several times upthread.
But it will be used as a rallying cry by intolerable democrats which is the point of posting this. It’s a sign of what’s likely to come.

“why has Dr. Fauci have Trump’s compete and full support.”
So did Sessions and other bad actors. Trump is a TERRIBLE judge of character.
Two consecutive quarters of negative growth is not the technical definition of recession. It’s often used as a rule of thumb. When you have jobs being lost at the current rate, it’s a recession.
The criminal democrats have done all they could to get Trump without resorting to the ‘nuclear’ option of destroying the economy. But, when none of them worked, they chose the nuclear option to destroy the world-wide economy.
Now think about that for a second, folks. Leftists are so power hungry that they will destroy the entire economy.
Leftists (i.e. anyone who is a democrat) are you enemy, folks. Yes, that means your neighbor, ‘friend’, work mate, Priest, family member or anyone else who votes or is a democrat.

I have never been more afraid for the future of our nation...if the Dems gain ANY power in November, it will be even tougher...if they take the WH, it’s all over.
I was just a kid when WWII ended, but I can remember people saying that we'd go right back into the Depression.
What happened was that people had such a pent-up demand from not being able to buy things that they really broke loose and spent like drunken sailors.
IMO, to a certain extent I can see that happening where when restrictions are loosened. A lot of small companies and restaurants will probably not come back, but there will be a recovery of some magnitude.
Case in point, from a hotbed of liberalism:
Staggering and unprecedented budget shortfall forecast for City of Ithaca
He didn't support it at the time.
Trump is being diplomatic. There will be a severe housecleaning at some point in the future, and Fauci will be riding the broom.
Can you provide me the quote and the link?
Thanks in advance.
Please be specific?
You said Fauci didn’t support [the closing from China] at the time.
Can you please provide the quote and the link.
Still waiting ...
I’ll find it. I have to look.
A $22 trillion powerhouse economy and employment juggernaut, the cornerstone of President Trump’s re-election campaign, ground to a halt and left in smoldering ruins over a strain of the flu that has primarily killed the elderly residents of nursing homes.
Thank you
