I watched the end of the press conference and browsed through the PDF.

I did not see anything different in the PDF or hear anything in the press conference that was different than the previous order.

She has no right to say this. And, this order is illegal on its face. DeWine has done some good things so far but he has to cut this lady loose ASAP. This was the stuck on stupid move that makes the cure worse than the disease.

Here is what she said at the presser:

"This drug is essential to a lot of people with autoimmunological diseases. ... It's really supposed to be used in life and death (coronavirus) situations," she said Sunday at the daily press conference.

The actual emergency rule isn’t that drastic. Instructed doctors that they MUST have a positive covid test before they can prescribe. And they are forbidden from prescribing for “presumptive” or “prophylactic” reasons.
