Agree totally, a basic tenet of marketing is herding the animals, like lemmings to the sea
People ant to “belong” to something and I note in the world today that men are dressing like women and gender blending is the latest weirdness
So if this is like back in the 60’s a “happening” then is is “cool” to be anti-establishment and different, stick it to the man ideology and all of the hippest Hollyweird types follow this to be relevant in their world
So polling is just a way of messaging which way they want the wind to blow so the weak minded will follow lest they be on the wrong side of things
when I need a charge I can still go on YouTube and watch the pre-election pundits and then the election night reporting as the world they thought was coming came crashing down
I no longer try to apply logic or reason to anything the MSM does when it comes to Trump.
This applies to news coverage, interviews, and polling.
The media is reflexively and adamantly opposed to Donald Trump no matter what story and no matter what success he or the administration enjoys.

They push who they want til a few days before the election and then come out with something so they will not look so bad..
They has the 1984 Reagan..Mondale,,close til the election and said Reagan was pulling ahead around Election Day.
