Not yet. The "dem" judges still outnumber the reps 16-13, and several of the republican appointed judges are liberal, thanks to the blue-slip rule. Actual balance is more like 17 libs, 2 or 3 "moderates" and 9 or 10 conservatives. We need 2 more to be technically flipped, probably 6 before it is truly flipped.
I know there was a recent opinion piece posted making the claim that the 9th was flipped, but it was "fake news". But we are making progress...

I am not sure about Stone’s lawyers vetting process. I had heard that they asked to remove the woman who ended up being the jury foreperson during jury selection, but I don’t know why they did. The judge refused to remove her.
Flynn’s lawyers were conflicted. One of the charges Flynn was facing was not properly filling out a FARA form. These lawyers were the ones who helped him fill it out. So it was in the lawyers best interest to encourage Flynn to plea out to another charge to make their FARA liability go away. That’s a clear conflict of interest.
This judge is definitely cruel and partisan. 40 months for lying about legal things? I heard Barr say the typical sentence for perjury is 9-10 months. Placing a complete gag order on Stone was ridiculous. And locking Manafort in solitary confinement during his trial for financial crimes? Not even people charged with multiple murders are locked up in solitary confinement. That cop accused of murdering 4 people got to share a cell with Jeffrey Epstein. He might have tried to kill Epstein too - but neither was in solitary confinement and their alleged crimes were far worse than financial crimes.

She is beyond cruel. She’s a certifiable sadist. Everyone says that what the judge says goes. Period. Nobody can countermand a her. WTF? There has to be some check on a rogue judge making illegal decisions.
There are no Juries for traffic cases. Inly Felony charges.
Ahem. What state do you live in? And in some traffic cases they charge a felony.
But let's assume that whatever juries she served on were not on traffic cases. In a burglary case, a Black defendant might like the idea of Tomeka on the jury. Note, I don't believe she should have been on the Stone jury at all.
