What do you think about mushrooms(not the kind that get you high)?
Mushrooms are quite healthy and contain many essential nutrients amongst it B-vitamins as well as selenium. All these nutrients contribute to the overall well being and health in a human. However by themselves I believe they cannot match the effectiveness of either C or NAC when it comes to ward off certain viruses.
On the other hand, if the local theater company needs somebody to play Papa Smurf, hes a natural. :)
Yes the Coronavirus is real; yes there is need to take common sense precautions; yes there are false reports/articles about this virus; yes Pelosi and Schumer and their minions are encouraging panic hoping America will crash. Isn't that just lovely of 2 American leaders of the now radical Left Democrat Party.
Hey Freepers, tell your friends to keep their eye on the ball...the 2020 election...to be aware of the propaganda and yes, false narrative about the CV. Remember these sorts of successes...under President Trump.
Atta boy...LOL!
“Hey Freepers, tell your friends to keep their eye on the ball”
and to frequently wash their hands (especially after being in public) and avoid rubbing their eyes and touching their lips with unwashed hands ... all of which everyone should be doing anyway to help avoid flu and colds ...
The only disruption might be if you need a can of tuna or some Kleenex as the panicked are stripping the shelves preparing for Armageddon.
I agree. I have powered mushrooms. I don’t use them everyday but C, D NAC, cucurmin, omegas and just started black seed oil. Along with a couple supplements for pain. My knee is bone on bone.
POTUS needs to transfer this bitch out of the CDC!!!
You may want to read up on GLYCINE as well as DEVILS CLAW ROOT both of them being anti inflammatory. Needless to say neither one produces any miracles but hey do help up to a point. And of course there is Aspirin which is also a very potent anti inflammatory agent. Again some people tolerate Aspirin better than others. If you take larger amounts of Aspirin and try to protect your stomach you may consider PepZinGI which is a zinc L carnosine complex by Doctor’s Best. Read up on some of the consumer commentaries by going to Amazon for this particular product or as far as this goes for any others and see what people think about it.
