I agree, I think it was a set up and staged...he was already turning around when she reached out...
But honestly, even if he saw it and refused to shake it... I don’t blame him after her sham impeachment nonsense.

I think Nancy made the mistake. The President didn’t shake hands with VR either. The handshake was not called for at that point.
Not that I want to excuse her for her actions, I have to share what I believe. Nance suffers from a “condition” called Meige Syndrome. It is the involuntary movement of the lower portion of the face and mouth. I recognize it because I also have it, and unfortunately mine also includes the eyes. She is fortunate.
