I understand and agree that Bolton was required by law to submit a proposed book to the NSC for review. I should have been clearer in my comment. My point is why would Bolton submit his manuscript at this time, during impeachment and trial proceedings, when to do so allows the content to be deliberately distorted by Trump’s enemies? One reason may be that Bolton is such an enemy, but I need more evidence to make that conclusion.
If a president is removed from office via impeachment, is he eligible to run again? PDJT could pull together a kick-ass third party if the RATs are successful this time.
