So they show their people they did something, but miss on purpose and say they don’t want war - but will covertly plot with their proxies to cause damage - let their proxies do the dirty work (as is their usual practice).

That’s why you’ve been killing Americans for the last 40 years and just recently tried to attack the US embassy and take hostages, right?
And thank God that failed with what they did to Ambassador Stevens, otherwise those poor people would have met a really gruesome end by now.
