It is not “embarrassing” if the records are held in camera (Judge only gets to see them) or sealed with an order to not disclose them.
And I were the Judge I would find him in contempt of court and remand him into custody and tell him when he finishes filling out his Income, Finances, and Asset declaration I might let him out.
