Your post was good until that last little antiSemitic sentence.
Please drop the chosen people nonsense.
I don’t have to watch any tv if it came down to it....
A lot of commercials appear to be social engineering for the general public, but I suspect (due to the declining TV audience of normals) that it is more about targeting the dwindling number of people that watch A LOT of TV which happens to be the Dem base. They believe that by sticking seemingly innocent images within a larger set of normal ones that libs will think of two guys with a child (in a “family” context) is as American as apple pie.
I don’t see any large number of people accepting this; there is just a natural revulsion towards homosexual acts that can’t be overcome by programming.
In my limited little world, I am pleasantly surprised by how few young people watch television at all. In fact, one of the reasons TV tried to be more edgy and progressive was to compete not just with cable (that started decades ago), but with the internet - YouTube in particular. Young people can watch full-length features about whatever interests them, often without commercials. There really is no way to compete with that for television; simply too much variety, too portable a device.
Learn how to download. We watch Hallmark mysteries and have never seen a commercial.
I am back to watching Hallmark! There is a real need to have some channels that embrace decency and love.
For the longest time they wanted us to tolerate. We did. Now, they want us to congratulate and celebrate and even spectate. Case in point. Ultimately they want us to participate.
That's why I despise Apple products.
Thimmy Cook (Apple CEO): "Homosexuals are God's special people"
The like/Dislike ratio on that youtube video makes me somewhat more at ease.
Because nothing says family like two queers deep throating each other.
So there are calls for boycotts for not wanting to air a commercial. Weren’t we told that same-sex “marriage” isn’t compulsory?
