But always a pain in the ass.
As am I. Either way, if they showed up at your door and you told them you wanted a lawyer, they would give you a song and dance about how lawyers complicate things and they just want to clarify some innocuous info. If you then said, ok, but you’d like to record everything, they’d walk out the door. They don’t like anyone recording their doings.
And I’d still record, regardless. If I got jammed up for that, when I got to court I’d have my lawyer explain jury nulification to 12 people and explain that they lied. I’ll take my chances with them.
Not as much as the sycophants that alibi everything, like Hillary supporters. The Proof is in the Pudding as my Momma always used to say.
