Just GIVE ME the right to sue them. A special court appointed by President Trump would hear these cases.
The median settlement should be at least $100,000.
A repeat by the liberal censorship should go to at least $500,000, with a cap of $5 million for the SECOND offense..
The censorship would STOP tomorrow because the third offense would not have any limits. And the censors would pay ALL court costs whether I win or loose.
If they are treated as publishers you cannot sue them because they refuse to publish your articles. You cannot sue the New York Times because they did not print your letter to the editor. They need to be reclassified as utilities. Then you could sue them for refusal to offer services, just as you could the phone company. Right now they enjoy the best of both worlds: they have the freedom to act as publishers but not be sued for what others post on their sites.
