Eliminate sharing and your ad doesnt trend the same. And angry isnt a positive response to an ad. Both of those things are true, but neither of them contradict my points above. Are we even discussing the same thing in the same context?

Well, of course they can be sued. The issue is freedom of speech and that applies only to governments. It has been long established that private companies can censure and permit limited speech. It happens every day.
