Hey, you Corrupt, Ignorant Pedophile, Menendez: Some of them are communists... Some of them are very hardcore communists. Not all of them. And I doubt that President Trump was trying to infer that they ALL are.
The democrats voted unanimously to condemn Trump for this action. That alone should tell you he did the right thing.
ISIS’ infra structure is gone. Assad has a long history of protecting minorities, especially Christians. There is much more, but it might sound weak to someone whose mind is made up.
exactly......Menendez along with others like him just keep drumming the same drumbeat because it sounds the battle cry GO after Trump and his administration, associates and family.
Some of the Kurds are in fact, communists. Just like some Democrats are in fact, communists. Nothing wrong with a little truth once in a while.
Darn, Trump suggested correctly.
Yep, anything the Rats like is unamerican, antiamerican, morally wrong, ethically wrong, criminal or just plain tyranny.
The Kurds have been releasing ISIS prisoners as a ploy to draw America back into the region. They did this in 2017 and it was reported on by the troops there. And were sending 1500 troops to Saudi Arabia to help support their oil industry which has been subjected to several terrorist attacks recently. They are also paying for the troops being deployed which is also good.
“Was it REALLY A SHOCK TO HIM that they were gonna do that?”
You know you really are a clown. You never fail to go against President Trump and every time you do, you roll out the “what happened to all the conservatives” routine. Your a fraud and a bad one at that. You really think you fool people?
President Trump and the Defense Secretary knew a month ago what Turkey was up to. He made this decision in no small part, based on the advice from Defense Secretary Esper. Do you really think 28-50 of our troops will make a difference when Turkey’s 20,000 armored troops start rolling in?
Here’s an idea...suit up and go volunteer with the Kurds. Send us a postcard
BTW...which group out of the 3 groups of Kurds are you rooting for? If you think these are the same Kurds from Iraq and Pappy Bush, you are way off base. Here’s an idea...ask Lindsey Graham where to go. You know the same Senator that got us into Libya and then lost all those Stinger missiles...the same stingers that then were spread all over the Middle East and shot down (dead) hundreds of our troops. The same Senator that got us into Syria with the same results, not to mention the death of hundreds of thousands of people.
You claim to be worried about the Christians...what a joke. Assad never laid a hand on the Christians in his country but you can’t say the same for your Kurdish buddies.
Quick...google it up man! Show us how smart you are.
What Robert Menendez (C-NJ) is really angry about is that Trump correctly implied that democRats are either Communists or fellow travelers.
“WTF ARE WE DOING sending 2000 TROOPS to Saudi Arabia, those who generously supported the terrorist who killed 3000 Americans.”
It was reported that those 2000 troops would be there to closely monitor the situation.
Democrats=communists...every last one of them.
I don’t recall there being a ‘bunch’ of papers in front of Trump, not enough to ‘smack down.’
Helicondelta,
You’ve posted three separate threads trashing the Kurds in the last few minutes.
Try not to be so obvious.
PER WIKI
According to United States Army Special Forces Commander General Raymond A. Thomas at the Aspen Security Forum in July 2017, the SDF is a PR-friendly name for the YPG, which Thomas personally suggested because the YPG is considered an arm of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), which is designated as a terrorist group by the Federal government of the United States.[111][112]
American Defense Secretary Ashton Carter confirmed “substantial ties” between the PYD/YPG and the PKK.[113] Testifying to the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee Congress, Director of National Intelligence Daniel Coats, the top U.S. intelligence official, explicitly defined the YPG as the “PKK’s militia force in Syria.[114][115]
The history of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party began in 1974 as a MarxistLeninist organization under the leadership of Abdullah Öcalan.
In 1978 the organization adopted the name “Kurdistan Workers Party” and waged Urban War between 19781980. The organization restructured itself and moved the organization structure to Syria between 19801984 just after the 1980 Turkish coup d’état. The campaign of armed conflict began in 1984.
The rural-based insurgency lasted between 19841992. The PKK shifted its activities to include urban attacks against Turkish military bases between 19931995 and later 19961999.
Good post.
I can’t believe how many people want us to go to war with Turkey, an ally and NATO member. Because that is literally what we would be doing.
