There was absolutely nothing inappropriate about Trump discussing the Biden’s corruption with the Ukrainian President.
President Trump is asking the right questions to protect this country...the Biden's are also guilty of money laundering....VP Biden bragged about his threats to the Ukraine.

After reading Biden discussion in WH transcript, exactly why was Trump / Zelenskyy discussion inappropriate Mr. Fleischer?
After all, business maverick Donald J. Trump couldn’t have built his business without investigating, identifying and firing bad-apple people out of his organization.
In this case, PDJT was evidently appropriately investigating a possible USA / Ukraine diplomatic relations mess left over from the lawless Obama Administration.
