First good decision he’s made in three years.
Probably for the same reason he innocently cooperated with the FBI when they interviewed him. He didn’t think he had done anything wrong, and the thought the FBI was on the same side he was, the side of an American.
Little did he know they were setting him up and could not be trusted.
He was an enemy to the Obama White House (in his job as the director of the DIA during the Obama Administration) for his outspoken and public opposition to the Iran Deal.
That is what set the Obama White House on course to torpedo him. He was being set up as far back as 2012 in my opinion when I believe the Obama Administration began surveilling him, the fact that Stefan Halper was involved in 2014 in trying to frame him indicates that to me.
Flynn had ties to the Leftist administration, and probably had Davis “recommended” to him.
Probably recommended by the same people trying to set him up.
His new lawyer is a good one though. I read her book. She is the perfect person for it, her specialty appears to be “Brady Material” which is what the prosecution has to give up to the defense in a trial...and apparently wasn’t in Flynn’s case.
She is an expert on this.

Now that he has a bit of firsthand knowledge of how justice REALLY works, he’s making the smart decision. I used to think that people who plead the fifth must have had something to hide. I was wrong. Plead it whenever you can or else risk getting railroaded.
Davis is scumbag Cohen’s attorney. No doubt he was told that if he played ball with the Clintons they could get his 60 year sentence reduced to 5 years.

Agreed. Flynn's major mistake in all this is that he never saw any of it coming, and in retrospect, should have.
