The idiot must not have ever noticed that when the ice in a glass of tea, for example, begins to melt, the glass does not overflow because the ice merely changes from a solid to a liquid state. Polar ice is floating on water.
Enough to make one almost regret having to leave his new mansion on martha’s vinyard in a few years.

It’s very fortunate that the glaciers that covered much of my state (Ohio) finally retreated.
Somebody better tell the Obama’s that their $14 million mansion on Martha’s Vineyard is only a few feet above current sea levels and will certainly soon be inundated by rising sea levels. Ditto for Al Gores $9 million seaside mansion in California. You would think that these true believers in imminent melting of the polar ice caps would not choose coastal locations for their mansions.
